Cape Fishing Charters operates a 32-foot (9.8 metre) custom-built aluminum vessel designed specifically for charter fishing in South Australian waters. Built in Port Adelaide by renowned boat builders, our vessel offers stability, comfort and safety for up to 7 passengers.
South Australian waters are teeming with a variety of prized fish species throughout the year. Here's what you might hook on your adventure:
"Simply the best charter boat experience I have ever been on hands down. Luke is very experienced in what he does and gives his customers the best chance of targeting their species of fish. For years I have been an avid metro boat fisher with the usual kg whiting, squid and crabs but this was an experience of a lifetime being able to catch monsters like tuna, salmon and snook."
"We had a blast catching the bad boys on my birthday. Luke is very skilled and very patient with us being first timers. He goes out and about in searching for the target fish which this time are tunas. He didn't promised anything before the trip but delivered beyond expectations!"
"Luke is really great! 5 of us bagged out 5 tunas with 18-20 kgs weight each!! His boat is big that can accommodate a good number of people. He knows how to spot where there are school of fishes! He spots where the birds are and went in close to the feeding frenzy of birds, dolphins and tunas! He is really experienced and is like a hawk looking for action in the open sea!"

Everything you need to know about your fishing adventure with Cape Fishing Charters
We provide all fishing equipment, bait, tackle, and safety gear for your fishing adventure. We don't provide any refreshments or snacks. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks (no glass bottles please). For full day charters, we recommend bringing lunch and snacks to keep your energy up while fishing.
We recommend bringing sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses), appropriate clothing for the weather (layers are best), non-slip shoes, and any food or beverages you'd like. A good sized esky to suit your target catch is also a good idea. Don't forget your camera to capture the memories, and any medications you might need during the day. A light spray jacket is advisable as weather can change.
Not at all! Our experienced skipper and crew will provide guidance and assistance for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced anglers. We'll help you with everything from baiting hooks to landing your catch. Our charters are suitable for all ages and experience levels, making them perfect for families, friends, or corporate groups.
Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we'll contact you to reschedule your charter for another day. We monitor conditions closely and will give you as much advance notice as possible. South Australian weather can be unpredictable, so we appreciate your understanding when trips need to be rescheduled for safety reasons.
